Virgin Red Planet

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
• 3/4 oz. simple syrup
• 1/2 tsp peachbubly drops™
• 4 fresh strawberries
• SodaStream sparkling water
• Garnish: rosemary sprig (optional)

Method:

• Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
  
• In a shaker, muddle the strawberries with simple syrup.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously.
• Double strain through a fine sieve into a highball filled with ice and top with SodaStream sparkling water.
• Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
